MNA Capital Group was founded by Marco Ali to pursue disciplined multifamily investments grounded in conservative underwriting and long-term alignment.
With a background in finance and competitive athletics as a former Division I baseball player, Marco approaches real estate investing with a risk-first mindset, operational discipline, and a focus on preparation over speculation.
The platform is built on the belief that strong investments are not created through aggressive projections, but through careful analysis, margin of safety, and transparent communication with investors and partners.
Today, Marco focuses on underwriting and sourcing multifamily opportunities in North Carolina markets, building broker and investor relationships, and developing a pipeline of acquisitions aligned with the firm’s conservative investment standards.
Marco has also invested passively as a limited partner in over 200 multifamily units, giving him firsthand perspective on sponsor reporting, deal structure, and investor alignment.
