We focus on workforce housing along the I-85 corridor from Charlotte to Raleigh, with an emphasis on markets supported by strong population trends, healthy household incomes, and durable renter demand. Our goal is to invest in assets that are well-positioned for both operational improvement and long-term exit liquidity.

MNA Capital Group was founded by Marco Ali to pursue disciplined multifamily investments grounded in conservative underwriting, downside protection, and long-term alignment.

With a background in finance and competitive athletics as a former Division I baseball player, Marco approaches real estate investing with preparation, discipline, and a risk-first mindset.

MNA Capital focuses on sourcing and underwriting multifamily opportunities in North Carolina markets, with an emphasis on durable workforce housing, realistic assumptions, and transparent communication with investors and partners.
