MNA Capital Group, in partnership with Sandee Road Ventures (SRV), acquired Sharon Oaks, a 98-unit workforce/affordable housing community in Charlotte, North Carolina. The property offers a variety of housing options in a quiet residential setting, consisting of seven three-story, garden style brick buildings constructed between 1994 and 1997 that house 78 two-bedroom, two-bathroom units, and five one-story brick buildings built in 1961 that contain 20 one-bedroom, one-bathroom units.
